RESIDENTIAL – ARTICULATE ADDITION & RENOVATION WITH SECONDARY INFILL APARTMENT

Nearly every part of this house was salvaged and carefully thought through while simultaneously adding the substantial square footage that was needed.  Emphasis was placed on the journey through the house to the beautiful back yard with covered patio and pecan tree shade.  A tastefully designed secondary apartment was built adjacent to make an aging parent feel close and safe.
