FEASIBILITY: Compose Design Co has extensive experience navigating city and county departments, code requirements, environmental information, homeowner associations and other required regulatory bodies. Experience includes challenges with historical, zoning, parking requirements, environmental and topographical, the tree department, impervious, and McMansion rules.

CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS: Compose Design Co generates all types of drawings, plans, and documents per the project needs and requirements. Compose Design Co is committed to not driving up fees that create delineations the contractor does not need to build the project. On the other hand, Compose Design Co is more than happy to create additional drawings if the client wishes for visualization or communication.

PERMITTING: Compose Design Co works to proactively gain a clear understanding of what it takes to successfully get things built. The permitting process is streamlined by the designer working directly with reviewers within their processes and facilitating the general contractor or client picking up approved permits.

CONSTRUCTION SUPPORT: Compose Design Co provides an essential level of support through your build: site visits/ progress meetings, quality assurance checks, prompt issue resolution, review of shop drawings/ samples/ submittals and writing punch lists. This level of attention helps the client feel the end-to-end commitment and that they are not alone through completion of their project.
